To be fair, this version is full of legalese that I'm doing my best to
remove. Our members have been OK with signing off, but Id like to cut 8
pages down to 4, max. Would rather have a "real english" version than
something that takes 30 minutes to read and digest.

If anyone is interested in collaborating on that effort, let me know.
