Mateo - Great-looking site. Cool concept. Looking forward to the opening.
Realizing that it's all just getting started, here's a few nitpicks: 1. On the home page: While open space is great for aesthetic effect, it makes the top of the page (especially on mobile devices) less functional and relevant. Give the visitor a reason to scroll down -- or, better yet, make it unnecessary to do so. 1a. "takes the positives and leaves the negatives of" makes me want to find the negatives in what follows instead of accentuating the positive, for some reason. There's nothing below the 3 boxes that does visually what you say the space will do: a simple restatement of the positives, the benefits (not the features). 2. So where is this place? (scroll, scroll, scroll, read small type) Oh, it's in Minneapolis. Perhaps make the location more prominent? 3. Entire pages as graphics will not help you with either accessibility or search engine rank. Especially since there's no description or keyword metatags. 3a. "The Vibe" is not vertically aligned between the 3 boxes. Shouldn't text be horizontally centered in the middle box for symmetry? 3b. typo: seperate 4. Typos on amenities page: indepedent; wii and ___? 4a. on memberships: unlimited coffee/tea? Sounds like buzz city. ;-) Will you provide seat belts? 5. So what's so cool about the location? At least a small schematic map on the home page and something larger on a location page highlighting the neighborhood, transportation, cool neighbors, etc. 6. The home page graphics provide a nice way of expressing the vision. Perhaps also some statement of the vision, comparing to other coworking, could help others see it. I like "Shared amenities for independent minds", buried on the amenities page. 7. Who are the people behind it? Consider at least an "About Us" page. For me, the greatest attraction of coworking are the people I get to hang out with and the cool projects they're working on... perhaps in the hope that some of that will rub off. A faithful longtime reader of your blog will learn more about the people, but you need to digest, highlight, and promote that aspect. Tell stories! They're enormously powerful as tools for connection. 8. Like many blogs, it's a big jump in both interface and content when you click over to it (at least you provide a big "back" button). You might look at how to make the blog pages drive traffic to the main site pages... and for the main site to provide a gateway to the blog and include best-of-most-relevant highlights linked. 9. No outbound links except on the blog? At least link to http://www.coworking.info on the home page. Share the link love and it will come back to you, plus help people better understand you and appreciate that you're part of a movement... with less work on your part.
