Hey Tara, A thought just occurred to me. When my hosting company became more than just me several years ago, I set up a toll-free number through FreedomVoice ( http://www.freedomvoice.com). This would probably be a smart investment for you, as well. Specifically, it would be of benefit to you because FreedomVoice allows you to easily set up "call queues" where pressing a button like 1 will ring a series of numbers in succession. That way CS can have one number that can ring you, Chris, and the other members. Whoever is around can pick it up on their cell phone, and if you're not around, you can easily ignore the call. You could also set up a voice greeting when you call the number that states hours, and give at least you and Chris your own extensions that will ring your cell numbers specifically.
