Hi Felicity, We've all struggled with business plans for coworking spaces, so your announcement of opening a second location so soon after your first one piqued my curiosity. Most coworking spaces have yet to figure out how to make a substantial profit (although I think by offering the value-add of daycare, you might be an exception!) I just heard of you through the list when you first posted, and after looking at your website I came to the conclusion that you were a relatively new space. This message, then, totally surprised me.
My main question is, why a second site? Some adjunct questions would be -- especially so close to the first site? And though this is probably none of our business, are you profitable at the first site? If the first site is profitable, why not just expand it?
