My name is Andreas and I am from Germany. I am really obsessed with the idea of creating my own Coworking-Space ever since I first read about it on the Web. I am a daily visitor to the local Starbucks’ and the idea of having an office to visit seemed intriguing to me. There is nothing comparable here in Frankfurt/Main. And now, as I have finished my traineeship in a hotel, I am working on bringing the idea to life. So much for the introduction. I just wanted to know how you started with your spaces, and if you have any Tipps to share for a newbie like me. How did you fund your Space? Did you have a large business plan or did you start out of the blue? Did you do any surveys before you started to see if enough people were interested to get your Space profitable? How did you come up with your pricing schemes?
