Hi, My name is Oliver and have been searching for a coworking Sydney discussion for some time, so I'm looking forward to what progress we can conjure here.
Let me get straight into the business part of my post. My major project this year is too put forward a solution to a community issue. The one I've selected is the lack of a place to cowork in Sydney. I'm currently in the last 10 or so weeka in this major project and have done a tremedous amount of research in regards to setting up a coworking space in Sydney. In fact, the project has become much more then just an assignment, as I'm actually now in the process of looking into getting a coworking business established in Sydney. I have everything from target markets, to suitable locations, a business plan, studio layouts and associated services which this space should provide, business name and entire identity (all associated design completed), and currently in progress a website with online reservation system being built. Amongst my course, I run my own business. The only thing from stopping me opening a coworking space in Sydney is lack of funding right now, so I'm looking for a possible capital venture or angel or possible business partner/s to tap into this wonderful niche market that we have in Sydney (having no coworking establishments). If your interested in discussing this further with myself, happy to chat here; or in private feel free to contact myself (Oliver) at [EMAIL PROTECTED] On Jul 4, 7:09 am, Mick Liubinskas <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > We may have found our space; > > http://www.liubinskas.com/blog/2008/07/03/sydney-shared-office-space/ > > The biggest challenge is that it's a bit big and a bit expensive.
