Hi Paul,
This is actually one of the early issues we're pondering here at NWC. We
have one relatively small conference room, as well as a closet we're
converting into a phone booth. The space echoes a decent amount too, so
having spots to duck into for phone conversations is important.

That said, the need for private conference room space is huge, and in some
cases lucrative.

We're going to have a way for people to reserve space ahead of time, and at
any given time there might be someone in the conference room-- so it's not
guaranteed to be free at all times.

I would still like to keep it open most of the time for people to use, but
if we rent it out on occasion I don't see it being a big problem either. We
rented out the conference room for almost all day yesterday and everyone
seemed to make do fine without it.

Definitely something to experiment with moving forward.
