Hello, My named is Dennis Diones and I'm a computer scientist at NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) in Hampton, Virginia. I was introduced to coworking through NASA Ames colleages in the Bay Area in California. Ever since I experienced coworking, I attempted to get sessions started at NASA LaRC. We've been coworking once a week every Friday since August 29. We plan on holding our first public coworking session this Friday, November 14 at the Belgian Chocolatier and Beanery in Newport News City Center. We have people from different branches of NASA LaRC discussing what their doing in their line of work. They include: Public Outreach, Atmospheric and Earth Science, Atmospheric Flight and Entry Systems, and Innovation. If anybody in the Hampton Roads area would like to participate in the coworking session, please feel free to email me. Please accept my apology for posting this so close to the date. I just found out about this group. I will try to get the word out on other sites.
