Hi everyone, I am really excited to have found this group. I've been dreaming of creating a coworking space for quite a while. Believe it or not, I just learned about coworking as a concept (I know, I kind of lagged on that one), and am extremely stoked to see that it's exactly what I've been conceiving of while stuck in coffee shops!
I'm baffled that there isn't a coworking space in Boulder. Is anyone else from the area interested in starting one up? I apologize for asking this without thoroughly researching archives, but I wanted to put it out there. About me: I'm a freelance writer. Right now, my primary project is blogging for a popular business blog called BusinessPundit.com. There, I spew drivel intermixed with facts. I enjoy criticizing Hank Paulson and celebrating independent thinkers. I encourage you to shuffle through the blog if you're interested in biz-like topics. I also write for several magazines and have a book out called The Backroads and Byways of Colorado. I sit at home working in my pajamas way too often. I would love to collaborate and hang with fellow self-employed types. I am chomping at the bit to start up a Boulder coworking venue. Looking forward to the process.
