Hey Chris, I'm over here with Sam. Thought I would respond regarding opening...
We actually run a small web design / Rails dev shop out of a portion of the space that serves as the anchor tenant. We frequently work with freelancers and independent contractors, which has helped to build our network of potential coworkers. From time to time these people would want to come in and work on site, so in a sense we've had an informal Coworking environment going for the last year or so. We found that we actually preferred having more people in the space so we just decided to build a website specific to the COOP to make it official, and open up the space to anyone/everyone who was interested in coming in. -Pat On Jan 8, 12:51 am, Chris Kerins <[email protected]> wrote: > Hey Sam, that's great. > > The pictures look nice.
