I fully intend to just lurk for a while, but wanted to drop a note to
introduce myself to the group just in case there's anyone else out
there in the area.

Briefly, I'm a telecommuter - so really tied into a bigger company -
but have been working from home in Ithaca since Sept 2007, when we
moved here from Boston. At first I just adored the freedom,
flexiblity, lack of commute and improvement to our quality of lives.
But now 15 months later, when I realize I will talk to a street post
just for company! I realize I've reached the limit of my own company
work-day-in work-day-out.

So, hoping/trying to get coworking going in Ithaca. I got introduced
to the concept by a colleague in San Fran who knows Cubes and
Crayons.

Still trying to figure out where to start - casual get togethers
first, or survey through the local Chamber/independent consultant's
network, Jelly, Craigslist, blog, local rag, all of the above?
