Sasha, In wouldn't get too bunched up about it unless they deliberately rip off logos and other elements that could cause confusion.
I'm chiming in because I started out thinking I had an idea of a coworking environment that I would need to protect in order to conquer the world. The brand and the plan would be the key. What I am realizing is that the key is getting and keeping the right blend of community, something that is not franchise-able. Also, it appears to be a low margin/low barrier to entry business that lends itself to cooperation rather than competition. I submit we all have more to gain through working together than working in silos. That said, if someone is being devious, they need to be straightened out.
