We're using calendar software called DigiAppz (http://digiappz.com/).
We did have to install it on our web server ourselves, and we had a
technical person do that for us, but once he got it set up (it didn't
take him long) we've been able to configure and manage everything
through the web UI since then without his help. Here's a picture of
what our online calendar looks like:

We used a different web-based solution first (Hunt Calendar) which
didn't require us to host the calendar ourselves. That was ok, but it
didn't handle multiple rooms like DigiAppz does. The DigiAppz
software has worked really well for us. In addition to our customers
being able to access it (with a password) from their homes or
whatever, we set up a kiosk onsite so people can use it to reserve a
space when they arrive at our offices. We can also use the Admin
software to see how much time people have used in the office and
figure out the billing.
