Hello All, First off I wanted to say thank you to everyone on this forum... I have been reading this forum for the last month while I have been thinking about opening a new space in downtown Raleigh NC. Being a software programmer myself, the space will probably be focused more towards technology related professionals (not to say that others are not welcomed), and I am in the process of writing the business plan and looking into potential locations. Our space is going to offer the typical business services and have the same plans as most other places offer, but we are really focusing our efforts on a great cafe / lounge area to help foster that creative networking side.
