I am a small business owner/consultant looking for a means to partly escape the 'selling my labor hours' trap. Co-working may do that for me.
I'm at the "oh, shit! how much is it gonna cost?" phase of figuring out how to start up. So far it looks like about $1200/mo to host about 20-30 people. I'm interested in discussing startup costs with anyone with experience in the business. I'd also like to discuss some of the more fuzzy "social" aspects of making the atmosphere a fun and relaxed and inviting place.
