Very informal (looking at life from my end...no time to waste!). Mostly talking to people around town to gauge interest. I have 5 that have expressed interest (no one has yet signed up, but, that may change now that it IS going to happen)....since I only need 12 more (I have not advertised or anything) to break even, and we are on a very heavy commute route. Why not go for it....
The thing was...money is disappearing into the ether in the Stock Market (way more than my monthly cost for the place was simply going way). Why not give my passion a try (remember I have been a telecommuting advocate for many many years)...at least my $$ are now going into something substantial and I can have fun for a year...and, hopefully, more.
