Hey everybody! It's been quite some time since I last posted in here, but I figured I'd post an update...
We are on the brink of launching Charlotte's first ever coworking space - Collective Giant. It's been a long time in the making, but we are almost there! The legal stuff is in the works, in terms of leasing the space we want, getting membership contracts drafted up, etc. We're shooting for a grand opening on May 1, 2009 at the North Carolina Music Factory in uptown Charlotte. We've got about 2900 square feet, including a large conference room, a large two or three person locking office, a small individual office, storage space, and around 1500 square feet of open office space for the shared environment. Pricing is still in the works, but we're trying to keep it in the $350 to $400 range for full-time coworkers.
