Hi everyone, Can anyone share good metrics about the difference in the cost of job creation between efforts to lure existing companies to a city versus job creation through organic growth from existing community talent? We're putting the final touches on a pitch for our economic development brothers here Tampa. In our last meeting with one of the local groups here they actually said they were more excited about another parking garage they were trying to build!
