Hi all, Just wanted to introduce myself and let you know that I¹m starting a coworking space in Tri-Cities, WA. I¹ve found some property, and it looks like we might be up and running in just over a month! The space will be called ³Columbia Collective², as we¹re right on the banks of the Columbia river.
One question that the property owner brought up was if I had a ³terms of service² that the coworkers agree to. Such as: no illegal torrents, no smoking, no alcohol, parking only in our assigned parking spots, etc. Does anyone have a boiler-plate TOS that they use? Many thanks!
