Jaakko,

Two things --

1. You should be in touch with Venkatesh Rao who was inquiring about
coworking in DC a few weeks ago. ([email protected])

2. Please feel free to come up and visit Beehive Baltimore, which is
now in its third month in its official space and has existed as a
community since last November. We're really interested in seeing
something emerge in DC.

I agree with you about Affinitylab. They are doing some cool stuff and
I wish them the best, but I'd submit that their model is substantially
different than what you might call traditional coworking.

Let me know if I can answer any questions for you or help in any way!
Other folks to be in touch with in town are Peter Corbett and Maxine
Teller (@corbett3000 and @mixtmedia).

Best,
Dave
