Still at the very last moment to close deal with landlord(a Joint venture
with them 50/50), we are now asked by the boss of the landlord about more "
precise" business plan and more importantly, the sale forcasts!!!

Rick from CocoVivo mentioned coworking is a lifestyle business, cannot be
run to make money. I am afraid we are not able to tell our investors about
this. I agreed more what Alex of Indyhall claimed as " Not Only for Profit"
business. So apparently we still need to work on the sale forcasts to keep
our investors interested.

Very very keen to learn other's opinions on their growth rate, sales figures
per segments, and the annual turnovers.
