Howdy, I have a great idea for a project and need to solicit ideas and interested parties. At Burning Man one year I saw an art installation that was two retro big-screen TVs (the big wood furniture types) in front of modest old couches that beamed video across the city. How cool would it be to have these setup in various coworking spaces around the world. I imagine an old-school dial where you have to get up and turn the dial to switch cities. For audio, a rotary phone on the coffee table in front of the couch. To get the attention of the people on the other side there is a simple button that activates a red light and a buzzer on the other side.
That's the idea... er dream. Who else thinks this would be the coolest thing ever? So how do we get there?
