I recently discovered Foonz.com and have been using it with various people in the coworking scene.
Often I have to quickly have a conference call, but don't want to take the time to create a PIN, send out invites, etc. With this, I just call the number, type in my group number, and then it automatically sends an SMS text to everyone that they can use to get on the call.
