Hello everyone! We just moved our offices and we are seriously thinking of opening one night shift per week. We wanted to run a few questions through the group and see if there is something we need to be in the look out for:
1. Has anyone started doing night shifts? 2. Is there something we have to absolutely do or not to make it successful? 3. How do you manage the logistics? 4. Do residents share the responsibility? 5. How late do you leave it open? Bueno chicos, let me know! I look forward to your enlightenment.
