Hi, I'm Kathryn and I run the Neutral Buoyancy Think Tank - a coworking- ish space for independents in SOMA. I say "ish" because it's more about long-term relationships with a small group of people; we don't have any daily coworkers. Some of us have been working together for nearly 4 years, spanning several spaces.
Our current space is in an amazing old firehouse behind the SFMOMA downtown. Brick and timber, wood floors, lots of warm light. We sublease half a floor, and the other half is coming available. I'm not in a position to take the entire lease myself and start a true coworking space, but I want to throw it out there for anyone that might be interested.
