I'd add: -I'll reiterate one of Tony's points first: as tedious as it might be, dig back into this listserv for old threads of helpful conversation - there are a TON of them, full of great thoughts and info. -Try not to get too far ahead of yourself. Don't create anything before there is a nice demand for it - you don't want to waste any time or energy in a direction that might not be needed to develop your space.
