We are still in the grounding state - idea, people found place still not fixed.
It is an old railway property, and that is kind of difficult. Railway officials haven't dealt with such coworking projects and possible value for them in the past. They are unfamiliar to the new way of working. So any idea and experience in other countries is highly appreciated.
