Mike, we are in a commuter town as well and just opened. It will be interesting how quickly we get members. I hired a marketing person to hit the trail and spread the word 15 hours per week. She feels she can fill it up. We have 16 seats with table/desk/or cube settings plus a kitchen coffee bar, meeting room, copy room. We hope to get 40 members by the end of the year.
