Hello. I am new to this group. In the process of starting a co-work space for parents with small children in my city here in Canada. Does anyone have any experience incorperating childcare into the space.
I am thinking about having a play room that could be unsupervised at times, with a paid babysitter in for scheduled times during the week for more supervision. Not too sure about the legalities of this. Is it better to have members volunteer? Looking for feedback.
