In the conversations with many leaders in my region, I have been questioned about the failure rate of coworking sites. As I have witnessed Cube Space and others fold, I ponder will more coworking sites become victims of the economy and/or other problems? Or will you thrive? Thus, coworking space owners do you happen to see yourself thriving or dying in 6 mo. 12 mo. and 18 mos?
