Just joined up after lurking for a week or so. I'm glad to be here and very interested in the coworking idea.
I'm a finance student that will be graduating this year, so I find the coworking concept interesting from a financial point of view. I've been trying to crunch the numbers and I can't figure out how some of these places are cash flow positive; any help in that department would be gladly received. On a lighter note, I am located in (frigid) Minnesota and will be getting involved in the local coworking scene soon. Community is a big part of what I like about college, and I hope to continue with this once I graduate.
