Here's the questions: - How much (office) space should I have to allocate up to 15 people comfortably? - How do you decide how much space are dedicated to monthly members and daily members? - Should I create an online community about this space before open this one (to talk about the location, the space size etc)? - My Marketing Research is focusing on people from my own city, because I'm going to research about the best location, rates and so on. How could I get information about people coming from other locations? Should I do a different research? - Finally, talking about the furniture, how can I decide which is the best choice: buy or lease? Thanks in advance!
