Hi everyone,
While March 2010 may seem a long way off, SXSW is already kicking
into high gear. Voting for next year's panels opens to the public on
Monday, August 17th, so now is the time to make your voice heard on
the content you care about. Whether or not you'll be heading to
Austin, I hope you'll take an opportunity to vote and comment on the
panels being submitted. It's my desire that this thread become the
central hub for introductions on all the coworking-related panels up
for consideration this year. We can branch out into separate posts for
the panel ideas as needed.
The idea is to tell us a bit about your panel, why you're
passionate about it, and why it's a good fit for SXSW. As the Panel
Picker comes online, please drop a link back to your panel picker page
so we can easily vote for your idea and comment there as well.
Supposedly there are 2200+ panel ideas up for voting, so let's do our
part to make coworking's presence known at the event.
Also, for those who aren't attending SXSW itself, but will be in
Austin during the Interactive week, this is a great spot to throw out
ideas on parties or meetups. The coworking meetup at Hotel San Jose at
this year's SXSW was an amazing success, so let's start thinking about
what we can do for next year.
