Hi Guys! My name is Woodie Neiss and I'm interested in starting a co-working group in Miami Beach. I understand that there is one in Midtown Miami however, I don't have a car so my life is pretty much confined to South Beach.
I'm a serial entrepreneur. While I got my life started on Wall Street and then Silicon Valley, my biggest success to date was being a part of FLAVORx, Inc. We flavored medicine for children so they are more compliant. I just got back from a year of backpacking around the globe. I have located myself in Miami Beach because I feel like I live in paradise here and working and living in paradise is the real deal! I am currently study Carbon Accounting and plan on opening a business that helps companies figure out and reduce their carbon footprints. I work out of my home fairly successfully but do go to Starbucks on 10th and Alton to work about 3x per week. The idea of working in a shared space really turns me on. I'd love to be around other motivated entrepreneurs. If you are interested in getting a group going, let me know. From the looks of it, there's plenty of space available!
