Hello All- While this has been in the works for awhile now, I'm finally now able to announce that a new coworking space is opening in Lower Manhattan called the Hive at 55. The Hive at 55 is being sponsored by the Alliance for Downtown New York, the Business Improvement District for Lower Manhattan, and the New York City Economic Development Corporation. The Hive will be located at 55 Broad, the New York Information Technology Center.
Construction on the space will be beginning in the next week or so and we are aiming for an early November opening. The space will have room for over 30 coworkers plus 3 anchor tenants. No website as of yet, but feel free to email [email protected] for more information or follow us on Twitter @hiveat55 where we will be posting photos of the space while it undergoes construction and giving progress updates.
