I started to write up some of the lessons and found that I had started
a major article, as happens too often with me. Whether I get back to
it or not is iffy, so here's some quick thoughts.

Undercapitalization was probably our biggest problem. If we had had
more money in reserve we would have made better decisions. We should
have charged more for space all along.

We didn't have a high enough profile in the community. More regular
events would have helped.

I'll keep working on this.
