Rachel thanks for the interest. I think you have to see the space in order to see that it coworking space. It is a larger facility with room for up to 40 occupants per floor. It is exactly because of this that we had to label as an executive centre, it also is a centre of business excellece. Regardless of which part of the centre you might be interested in, we encourage a spirit of cooperation, networking, and an attempt to have a varied selection of expertise within the centre to be utilized by it's members.
