Based on the advice from this group several months ago, we went with Preston-Patterson when I found our local insurance co's (in Tracy, CA) (even one I have been with over 25 years!) could not / did not want to cover us. I am very happy with Preston-Patterson. Very reasonable cost, very efficient.....and patient with a newbie like me.
