If you don't mind my asking, how is this working out for you in a business sense? I know coworking is not usually a big money maker, but are you able to at least cover your costs? Curious as I'm thinking about starting a space either in Clarendon or in SF. Speaking of which, I know some 2500 people at AOL (sorry, Aol.) are about to either voluntarily separate or get laid off. Is anyone in the DC area offering the same "pink slip specials" that you're offering?
