Happy Monday everyone! As you guys know, Andrew Bushnell and I are working on opening Cospace in Austin, Tx. We are in the process of writing our business plan, and I need some help with membership data. If possible, please answer the 3 questions below. Any and all input is appreciated!
1) How many coworking members do you have? (feel free to guesstimate, use averages, etc - whatever you feel comfortable providing) 2) How many members can your space hold? 3 Any success stories or obstacles in growing your member base? Just a little blurb about us. We have been working hard to build our pre-open community through Jellies and Meetups. Coworking is not a new trend here in Austin, but it does fly under the radar on our side of town. Finding the right space seems to be pretty tough, but we believe that the demand is high. Our plan is to provide a good amount of meeting / event space as well. But, ultimately we know that it's all about the community!
