All - I introduced myself when posting a previous question, but here's the brief version: I'm helping start a coworking space in Shreveport, LA, an extension of CoHabitat in Dallas. We've got backing from the city, some great startup capital, and are less than six weeks away from being able to open doors. But...
We're looking to apply for nonprofit status, which is complicated and boring. We (Founder John Grindley and I, copied here) are hoping some of you folks who have been through this process once before might share 501c3 applications with us. Having another space's application to use as a template for our own would be a serious leg up. If you have any leads, know we'll be grateful. If this is an impertinent question, sincere apologies.
