Hello neighbor! I think Felicity is spot on. Don't worry about opening a
space yet at all.

If you have a feeling that your area has some kind of a coworking need,
confirm those suspicions-- find a simple, lightweight way to get the word
out and attract interest. Is there a cafe or public space nearby that you
can use as a temporary gathering spot?

I'd be happy to grab a coffee or something if you want to chat some more!
