Jeorge - my space is in Columbus, Ohio. I have total about 4,000 sq
ft of space, and I hope that I can fit about 20 people into the space
at any time (though my main conference room is about 400 sq ft and can
accommodate probably 40 people in a classroom setting). Closed
offices would be offered at $400 per month each, for about 140 sq ft.

My goal is really to break even on the space. In order to do so, I
figure I need to get at least $4,500 per month in memberships, leases,
etc.
