eOffice have a space around the corner from Fly The Coop in Manchester. They're a friendly crowd, but very focused on attracting the biz community. Their spaces are quite formal, but comfortable. They offer hot-desking here in Manchester at about £20/day, so we set our pricing just under theirs :-) I've met Pier before, and whilst he's very focused on getting people into the spaces, he didn't strike me as being too spammy.
