Hello, I'm new to the group. I own a retail mailbox rental and packaging / shipping shop in Seattle and also ran a graphic design business from the same location. Currently, I outsource for all the graphic design needs, and so I no longer need all the space that I had. I'm looking to convert a total of 2000 square feet into a mix of mailbox / shipping and adding coffee / cafe in the front, while converting the back into office space with a conference room and an open desk area for desk rentals.
