My wife Debbie acts as Space Manager and she takes no salary. I have
another business (that I operate out of the space) so I do some space
work. We have success bringing in what we call a Coworking Managers.
We trade a desk for someone who is looking to get their business off
the ground. We lost our first to Rackspace and our second and third
started to day. They're doing a workshare kind of think. She is a
single mom GIS nerd who relocated and he is a twenty something
aspiring filmmaker and writer.

We're not super busy bit it gives us more time to get out and do more
personal networking, community building and old-timey marketing.

Hope that helps!
