As I am sure that someone out there can submit a list of functionality to Google... I would like to start off with asking for an easy translation function embedded into the threads so that more people can collaborate seamlessly.
I know that you can cut and paste but having a translation that other people can help add meaning right there (in the stream of the conversation) would be helpful.
