Jodi, We rolled our own as I've heard many spaces have done. It's all in Django, open sourced, and up on GitHub (http://github.com/jsayles/officenomads). It doesn't have all the features we are looking for, but we have lots of ideas, hopes, and dreams. We just talked with James from Workantile Exchange about hooking it up to the access control system they are developing. If you are interested in trying it out, let me know and I can help you get setup. A new space in town, Maple Leaf Branch, is looking at trying it out in their space.
Another option is a new service that popped up a few weeks ago called Cobot (https://www.cobot.me/spaces). They look interesting and I just contacted the folks over there to talk about how that's going.
