Full disclosure: we're hosting this event at our brand-spankin'-new location at NextSpace San Francisco. We're super-excited to be opening our second location, which will be at the corner of 2nd and Market. But we also realize that we're the new kids on the block and that SF is already home to several awesome coworking spaces. So I'd like to propose that we use Freelance Camp as an opportunity to have a mini Coworking MeetUp. I think there are some great opportunities for collaboration and to collectively raise the profile of coworking. We've gotten some traction with the economic development team at the City of San Francisco as well as Mayor Newsom's office. Yes, it's short notice, but if anyone outside the Bay Area would like to come, we'd love to see you, too.
