We also do whole months only and for Residents (350$/month) we ask a 100$ a month for the month(s) they leave and for their desk to be usable for Lites and dropins. We wanted to be more flexible and just suspend but at some point last year we had 5-6 people leave for weeks on end, escaping the winter, some just kept paying and didn't ask for anything but some wanted to suspend so we came up with that figure to kind of help us along during those months.
